Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
- In-stock items, such as individual Remote ID receivers or broadcast units, are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Full drone detection systems (integrated solutions, multi-sensor setups, or custom-configured systems) typically have a 30-day lead time from cleared payment to dispatch. Customers will be notified if the lead time is longer.
- All shipments use secure, insured, and fully tracked courier services (typically DPD). Deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- Shipping confirmation emails, including tracking numbers, are sent once parcels are dispatched.
- Delivery times provided by the courier are estimates only. DTIS Technology cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes once a parcel has been handed to the courier.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. DTIS Technology cannot be held liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- Risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery and signature at the delivery address.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or local regulatory requirements. These are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.
Warranty
- Products supplied by DTIS Technology, including Remote ID receivers, broadcast units, and full drone detection systems, are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Terms and duration vary by product and manufacturer.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty claims may require return to the manufacturer or authorised service provider.
Technical Compatibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring products are compatible with their intended operational environment, infrastructure, and software platforms.
- Detection and operational performance may vary depending on local radio conditions, drone firmware versions, system configuration, and installation factors. DTIS Technology does not guarantee full compatibility unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Remote ID & Drone Detection Disclaimer
- The products sold by DTIS Technology, including Remote ID receivers, Remote ID broadcast units, and drone detection systems, are designed to receive, process, and display broadcast Remote ID signals from conspicuous and non-conspicuous drones.
- Detection capability depends on the presence of a compliant broadcast signal; non-compliant drones or devices may not be detected.
- Detection performance may vary depending on a number of factors and not limited to:
- Drone manufacturer implementation of Remote ID
- Broadcast protocol and firmware version
- Radio frequency environment and interference
- Line-of-sight and antenna placement
- Distance between receiver and transmitting device
- Absence of a detection does not confirm absence of a drone or uncrewed aircraft.
- These systems are situational awareness tools, not full counter-UAS systems, and should not be relied upon as the sole source for airspace monitoring, security, or operational safety decisions.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that installation and operation comply with all local laws, aviation regulations, radio communications rules, and privacy requirements.
- Use of these products does not grant authority to track, intercept, or interfere with drones or their operators.
Limitation of Liability
- DTIS Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use.
- Products are supplied as technical tools for situational awareness and operational support; they should not be the sole basis for safety-critical decisions.
Important: Drone detection systems, Remote ID receivers, and broadcast units detect drones only when a compatible Remote ID broadcast signal is transmitted. Detection depends on drone manufacturer, firmware version, radio environment, line-of-sight, and installation conditions. Absence of detection does not confirm absence of a drone.
